Terms of Service

By accessing or using peepolink at peepo.link ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use peepolink. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or let others access it. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Usernames are permanent once claimed and cannot be transferred or sold. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate our policies, infringe on trademarks, or are inactive for extended periods. Certain usernames are reserved for verified creators, brands, and system use.

You agree not to use peepolink to:

Post, link to, or promote illegal content or activity; upload content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative of minors; harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully other users; impersonate another person, brand, or organization; distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful code; spam, send unsolicited messages, or engage in fraudulent activity; circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls; scrape, crawl, or data-mine the platform or its users; use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to peepolink. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

All uploaded images and videos are subject to automated content moderation. Content that violates our policies (nudity, violence, gore, hate symbols, illegal content) will be automatically removed and may result in account suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

peepolink offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Creator). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on our Pricing page.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You can cancel anytime from your Settings page or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active through the end of the paid period, then reverts to the free tier.

We offer refunds within 7 days of your first payment. After that, remaining time on a cancelled subscription is not refunded. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Creator tier subscribers can enable tipping on their page. Tips are processed through Stripe. peepolink charges a 5% platform fee on tips, which tippers may opt to cover. Creators are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations on income received through tips.

We are not responsible for disputes between tippers and creators. All tip transactions are final unless a chargeback is initiated through the tipper's payment provider.

The peepolink name, logo, branding, and website design are the property of peepolink and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding without written permission.

If you believe content on peepolink infringes your copyright or trademark, please contact us at support@peepo.link with details of the alleged infringement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data, links, profile information, and associated content. This action cannot be undone.

peepolink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party websites linked from creator pages. Links to external sites do not imply endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, peepolink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
